some stats from me:
29 years old, I've been training weights for about three years now and it's been kinda on and off thing 'till now...only goals atm are to get more muscles and shoulder back to track so it isn't anymore about weight's but muscle.
I'm volyme junkie so lots of volyme training etc....more at Jan.
