B. hammer chest press 3+1 negative x 15.5kg

A. pullover 6+1negative x 58kg
B. reverse grip pulldown 4+4negatives x 47kg

back extension 5 x 20+ some kg

About 10 minute brief (s)HIT storm!!

About those reverse grip pulldowns.

On last cycle I felt some muscular pain and joint pain in my shoulder. Yes it was overlapping. The muscular pain was in frontier deltoid and joint/bone pain in that shoulder... scapula(?) Well you know

That made me think and suddenly I ran into this video which literally showed the things that I was thinking about. So no more shoulder press (tho it's god exercise, but at another time mmmkay) nor reverse grip pulldowns. I chance thet reverse grip into this handle:

Blood n' grostulations

Calf raise in hack machine 17x + 20 second static + 2 negatives

A. Leg extensions 6+3 negatives x 16 blocks
B. hack squat 2+1forced x 76kg

Lying leg curl 7x r/p 2x r/p 1x 25kg
After this walking was very difficult. Sat about 20 minutes and read protein catalogues.
WO: abt 7 minutes.

Toodey was exciting one cause I tried geranium. Mebbe it gave some extra power. Mebbe not. Who knows.

Only dumbbels for shoulders and there were no pain or funny feelings. So that's a good thing.

Rear delts 7x r/p 5x r/p 4 negatives 4kg

Side lats 6x + 3 negatives 8kg

Cable scott curl (+red rubberband) 5x + 5 negatives 20kg

A. Pushdown 7x +5 negatives 52kg
B. hammer dip 7x 51kg



And because of some volume wanker I had to spend 50 minutes for workout... merde!

peck flyes 6+2 neg. x 61.5kg
supersetted with
hammer chest press rest/pause reps 3x15.5kg (10 sec. r/p between every rep) 7x15.5kg (30sec. r/p between every rep)

A.pull over 6x60kg
B. pulldown 6x47kg drop, 4x40kg drop, 10x30kg

back extension

I've heard lot's of talk about these drop sets and now I thought that I'd found out. And I was right, rest/pause is way more intense system. Chest is still lil stiff when stretching plus it was much more stressing trick than drop sets. Must use sparingly.

Did some changes. That chest-back, legs, bi's-tri's thing was coming out of ears so now it's push-legs-pull-legs for change.
Some basic things after light flu.

Smith decline press 7x60kg
Hammer dip 7x60kg (blue rubberbands like always, watch the photo)
Sidelats on crosscables 6x5kg per hand

Pec flyes 13x 47kg (just pump, no squeeeeeezing or anything else)
Pushdown 20x40kg (same, just pump)

Stretching

Forgot to do this CNS overload thingie :awkward:, but no harm done, next time.
wo 10 minutes
pump n' stretch 20 minutes
