Ok, mebbe I should update this lil bit.
First, the hernia: There's been few months total off now as you all know. I went to show this hernia thingie to surgeon, and because my "holiday" it was pulled back almost unnoticeable so we decided to wait and observe what happens because no one knows what might happen. as in there would more negative than positive IF they'd operate this thingie now.

So now I've been slightly pump pumping just to get the blood flow etc, had a couple of massages etc.

Squat (free bar/smith) and deadlift are NONO exercises atm, but moving s**tload of iron from place to place ain't my thing so no probbum.

Two more cycles of this pump thing, then I have massage mebbe even two depending how jammed muscles are. Then EASY low volyme and bar is raised up by how I feel. And IF everything goes well the heavy duty time takes it's place somewhere october-november. Till to that moment it's triple split (chest/back, legs, arms/shoulders) and low volyme (3 sets...... just like in 90's :) )

Ok guyz wassup? Big bad C is back in the ring and it's gonna snap, crackle and m***********g pop!.... becuz my knee is about to blow up because of chondromalasia, gotta order some cissus from englad. That s**t helps you know?

But into the busines: pump session and massages are over and now its time for (really) low volyme HIT workouts (tho not yet till failure).

calf raises in hack machine
20x50kg, 20x60kg

A leg extension
6x10 blocks, 6x11blocks

B hack squat
20x65kg, 15x65kg

That's like leg ext. super hack.... two sets

lying leg curl
15x20kgx2

usual cadence, you guys know it. Tho I did positive lil' faster but negative even slower. not to failure.

easy squeeeeeeze...

9x55kg, 5x65kg last one was definitely too heavy, gotta decrease them weights

hammer row
12x35kg (dat 35kg/side)

pull down (narrow palms up grip)
10x42.5kg

back extension
12x +5kg

Usual cadence, nothing hasty. No failure, it was close tho and workout was intensive, so I didn't get really nasty yet.

lol.... I tied them to the chassis so no danger of get smacked into anywhere. AKA do not tie 'em into risky places.

calf raise in hack machine
20x55kg, 15x65kg

leg extension super hack squat
6x11 blocks ------> 15x67.5kg
5x12 blocks ------> 10x67.5kg

lying leg curl
15x25kgx2

Second set was kinda heavy. Faster cadence and no static squeeze. aka ugly/nono style. :sick:

This was like my second set. Right after I started the "first one" I had some blood circulation probbum: palms were full of needles, dunno why so...

B. hammer chest press (with green rubber bands) 3x14.25kg
B2 --------"--------- 3x14.25kg + 1 negative

A. pullover (machine) 6x55kg
B. N.R.G pulldown 5x40kg

Yates style wide low row (elbows side) 10x60kg

Back extension 8x8kg

it makes such a difference hey, ive only been doing it for 4 weeks, you seem so weak at first because the weights drop, but your body just blows up on it. Super safe too.

Quick question with deadlifts do you still use the slow cadence? I'm not sure on What Mentzer prescribed!

4 up 4 down, theres no resistance at the top so no need to stop. Tho I dont do DL's atm because of hernia. But moving ****load of iron from place A to place B ain't my thing so no probbum.
