I've become a really big fan of fullbody routines, performed many times throughout the week (like SDH), and my next routine will also be a routine similar to this. I've decided to do OH-squats as a warmup exercise for front-squats (3-4 sets / 5 reps in OH). So my question is, is there any good exercises to do before deadlifts (will be doing snatch-grip)?
