So...let's see if I manage to keep a log for a while folks.
A little background:
I'm a hobbyist gym-goer, i've never competed on anything and don't plan to do it, i just enjoy lifting heavy ****. It's relaxing and keeps me out of a chair/couch/car.
I'm 29, computer scientist/software engineer, weak compared to most of you but a beast for the average male in my field hehehe.
1'85m (that's about 6'1") ~90Kg at the moment with a fat % i'm not proud of. I did 2 rounds of 5/3/1 before holydays and currently i'm doing what i call "phase 2.5", repeating phase 2 to get on track again after 3 weeks of laziness, enjoying food and huge amounts of gin tonic.
Last week i did phase 2.5 week 1 with these numbers
MON - Squats 106Kg x 7 (phase 2 was x 9)
TUE - Standing MP 46Kg x 11 (phase 2 was x 9)
THU - Deadlift 132Kg x 7 (phase 2 was x 11)
FRI - Benchpress 88Kg x 11 (phase 2 was x 11)
Sooo if you're looking for huge numbers better go to freako's log ;) I'll be posting my squat session this afternoon, stay tuned.
