Phil: I don't see him bigger. In fact, he looked better in 2010 in BDB and BLS. His glutes and hams are better this year, much better.

Judging alone by these pics, Phil doesn't look as improved as you guys said!

Jay 2010 vs Jay 2011: he looks slightly more vascular, he looks exactly the same size everywhere (yes, his torno looks the same in contests pics), slightly better color and slightly better condioned.

He was better in 2010. a little bit but still better. Now he has a weird torn bicep, waist is the same but the leg assimetry is more noticeable.


OH AND PHIL IS MUCH BETTER.

Actually I feel bad for Jay not being at his best. If this was the 2009 Jay, then no problem with him winning. Anyway what a great career so far, 10 years in the top 2 damn.

09 jay wouldve won no matter how insane phil looks today. He is pretty hard but he is not even close to being as full as he was in 09 and he is completely assymetrical from the front, this time he wont slide. I agree with Mr.Photoshop and Shawn Ray, Kai should nab 2nd, jay should be 3rd or even 4th.
