Event One: The Max Squat Challenge
- Challenge: Athletes performed squats using a buffalo barbell, with wagon wheels as weights, aiming for the heaviest squat.
- Top Performer: Stephen Wamalwa, with a remarkable 350-kilogram squat, showcased extraordinary strength, setting a high bar for the competition.
Event Two: Overhead Medley Mastery
- Challenge: Competitors pressed a series of four implements in the fastest time possible, testing their overhead strength and agility.
- Standout: Jerome Pever completed three implements in a mere 20 seconds, demonstrating swift power and technique.
Event Three: The Super Yoke Race
- Challenge: Athletes raced against the clock to carry a 420-kg Yoke across the greatest distance possible within 60 seconds.
