4x5 @90 very good form and great felling on my legs,very pleased with those.

i really like training legs mate.legs=strength also most people in my gym only work their upper body so in order to be different from those douchy disco boys
i hit them really hard.in the evening its another squat party.stay tuned

That is so true....u see so many beach bodies nowadays that is really uncommon to see real legs! good job mate!!legs rule...my next workout will also be a complete leg demolition!!

heavy benching and rack deads work the delts too.so i skipped them in that session.thxs for stopping by man.

Excellent session. Massive bench sets and to hit up a huge PB on rack deads at the END of a session! Good stuff buddy.

i was really busy this last days didn't have time to post my sessions.
saturdays leg session.
although i was psyched from previous workout the moment i started squating i realized that i should stay home and take some rest.full time job and hard training may be exhausting some times.also i got a little carried away with the rack deads lower back isn't as excited as i...should stay in the 80-90kg range which i have good form and move my up in a more progressive way...
