Bolo was a weightlifter, powerlifter, martial artist and bodybuilder. So pretty fair to say that bench figured in there. He was apparently a mainland China powerlifting champ.

I found a quote on bb.com that sums up what I think about his pecs:

It's genetics. He has a large ribcage and low chest insertion like Arnold. Hence, the long barrel chest look. This structure gives the pecs that massive gorilla chest look.

I think almost everything has been explored..so close to everyone is repeating early seen movies in some way

I can agree with you there.
So if almost everything have been explored already they need to show ous the movies from a different perspective!
Let ous be one with the movie and let ous take control!
