Well boys got the videos. I didn't wind up recording my workout because we were so focused on getting the videos lol.

and 580- at this point I know my form went bad so I got mad at myself. It wasn't terrible but I know I'm capable of much better form. I think sometimes I like to place too much of an emphasis on driving my hips forward.

Thanks bro. lol knee wraps are a life saver for me. Tore meniscus last summer and tore mcl during the season, so for me to go without those would be a medical risk I wouldnt want to take.

watching it again I can see what your talking about with the spot, he wasn't applying any pressure so I guess I didnt notice that before. Criticism doesn't do anything but help me learn, so its appreciated.

great point. Didnt notice that till after the fact. I'll make sure I do that next time. Although I think it will be a little while before I max on deads again.

Good job on the session man. Big presses definately getting stronger.

On the DL Spot, he should stand back with his fist or hand directly on your lower back and only pull an arm across your chest to spot when movement ceases.
