lol, thats for the encouragement but not like I used to be. I miss being at almost 250lbs with about 10% bf. Now I am 235lbs with around 15%bf. Sucks...

I did shoulders, stuck to machines and cables since the last few weeks I pounded the shit out of them.

I kept it pretty simple. I used to pound the hell out of my delts for years and they only grew when I ate 7-8 meals a day and was "On". Now I am taking a less is more approrach. Hopefully it works out for me.

Diet was on track again execpt my lunch was the same with a sub but added all you can eat mexican in the middle of the day. Pretty damn tasty and I had energy.

I can feel the heat my body is producing. There is no questions on if the product is doing something. 1-Andro RX is pretty decent so far. We will see if it puts on muscle though.

ya, I was watching him and I don't mind if you are working out and doing something worthwhile, but he was doing half shrugs that looked horrible.

25reps, slow and steady. Talk about burning.

Calves

25reps for 3 sets. I did a lot of strecthing, which was needed for each rep.
I did donkey calf raises and sitting calf raises.

I was going to do lunges but decided against it. I am still plenty sore today. I will add them in the weeks to come.

Diet, about the same as usual, but I added a bunch of fresh fruit to the mix.

425x12 (decided not to go with 25s on each side but just 10's, didn't want to pull my back muscle again) The reps were killing me though. Usually I would finish off my sets with one last set of like 6-8 at 455 or 495 depending on how long I have been doing deads with out taking a break

Diet was about the same EXCEPT I missed my meal at about 3 or 4 pm. I only had a yogurt. Probably the reason for low energy levels.

About 3 years ago (when I was 19) I was able to bench 425 for 1rm. Then I tore my pec a few months later and never maxed again. I deadlifted 515 for 1rm about a year ago, I don't really do 1rm anymore for anything. Squat, I never really maxed out ever. probably in the 400's, once I get them back to normal. Around a month or two out. The deadlifts kept my legs pretty strong which surprised me.

Ya, since I tore my pec, I focused on something else. Deadlifts ended up being what I kept hitting strong and focused on.
