I'm using the superman-"grip" on those. Just I like you, man! :xmasslap: Can't get my arms curled alle the way back, like VL-style.
And yes, I did flyes. Just name one other chest exercise. Just ONE! - Oh, yeah, cable cross... :xmascrunk: :xmasrofl:

Here's a video of the last set of frontsquats. Looking forward to I'm able to get 100+kgs. on this exercise. Still practising the technique though, but it's getting better... (Btw. it's the infamous Russian chick in the background). :xmasbigok:
