I have come to learn that eating green or red chilli peppers daily with your meals will help you lose weight faster. You can eat them raw or cook in dishes.

I had a friend who used to cook it in dishes and she achieved a flat belly and she lost weight so first even after childbirth.

But how do you eat chilli peppers without feeling so hot on your tongue? What is the best sweet way to consume it and enjoy it?
