Well...you are a great poser, which is rare. And, I'm pretty picky about that usually, so I was surprised.

You were easily better than the guys you stood side by side with, and your color was perfect. Looks like those couple coats of dream tan really did the trick.

Yeah good job Creator. You def blew them out of the water with posing. I agree with you certainly... bodybuilders pose, it's what we do. How can you step on stage not knowing how to pose?

Thanks for the comments guys. I have spent countless hours on posing and still have work to do but I am just blown away at the type of posing some guys display on stage. I want to be a lot harder in 3 weeks. I lost the overall because of conditioning. while mine was good imo, it was not top notch and once I load pics of the overall winner, you will see how good his conditioning was. I have the first callout of pre-judging uploading on to youtube now. Check back in a couple hours to see the video.

Of the 4 guys in that vid you had some competition to beat on the far left. This clearly wasn't an easy win. So even more kudos.

As much as anything, your condition and posing were the difference. Even just the way you moved into each pose. You looked controlled and professional. The others looked like they either didn't know how to pose, or they would hit the pose and not hold it, or only hit some of the pose (couple didn't tense their quads or legs in some poses). And your transition between poses looked calm while still holding most muscles tense. The others would often relax completely or look shaky as they moved between poses.

The little things pay off

The guy creeping in and out of the left side of the screen was third, then the next guy over was 4th, then me and then on the far right was 5th.
