great sessions mate! do you use straps for back exercises?

i only use straps on the heavier db rows and deadlifts towards the end >.>
i want to eventually make all pulling lifts raw though, so i do do grip work


edit: i havent been up dating much the past half a week, but for a small update, i went for a 345 deadlift. like before, last single end of back day. came up 6 inches but my back started to round out slightly so i dropped it :D it can wait

barbell rows

185x5 drop to 95 for a quick 20

tbars
1 plate warmup

3 plates
3plates and 25
drop to 3 drop to 2 drop to 1 and a 25

rack deads from floor
205x10
275x7
205x??
drop to 135 for reps

db rows one set haha i was exhausted
75x10 to the side and i was done




i had an all day field trip for school, came back to schools weightroom for an otherwise unorganized workout but the rackdeads did the job. im so tired night mecca

Intense session there bro! That backworkout looks like it would put anyone on the floor. Those drop sets can be brutal, but what a back pump! Stick with those deadlifts man, they look good!

okay back from chest andd here we go
first time back into incline dumbbells and flat bench press so dont flame me to hard haha

my rest times are very short so if you ask ex: why i went from 185 dropset all the way to 95 on flat bench, thats why

incline db press
60x10 easy
70x8 a bit shaky, not used to the stabilizing
80x8 last 2 with help from spot
drop to 50'x for 6 rest pause for 3 more

flat bench
135x8 shit gets heavy after inclines...
165x8 with spot
185x4 with spot drop to 95 for 7

dips 3 sets 8-10

calbe cross
1set 50 lb
1 60
1 70
1 75
1 55
1 55

quads day

squats
135x12 warm up
205x10
255x8
295x6 spotted
drop to 205 then drop to frontquat 135 switch to 135 backsquat for a few more reps

then 185x20 (breather squats)

one legged leg press 3 sets to cool down

hard day ..
im exhausted and almost fell down multiple times walking :D

175x6spotted slow neg at end

this suppersetted with upright rows 65 lbs on barbell for each

seated shoulder presses are my weakest lifts by far..went downfor stretch touched chest before going up. upright rows were really strict, huge pump today :D

then a variation of DB presses supersetted with front raises
40 db's for the presses and front raises were 25 lb dumbbells at first then the barbell
everything low for a good stretch

then seated machine lateral raises
70x10
80x10
90x8 dropped to 50 for ??

then 50 for 25 burn out


TRIS
decline french press
25's on EX bar supersetted with decline lying DB ext w/ supination
3 sets of those then finished with rope pushdowns with split at bottom

im so tired that was it for tonight

shoulders and arms
lifted with couple friends of mine we went crazy

warmed up couple sets on DB seated
then hit 70's for 10
then hit 75's for 8
and then 80's for spotted 4

the 75 and 80 were new PB's i just never tried em :D

GIANT SET
standing military with 115 lbs
to
upright rows with 70 lbs
to side laterals 15 lbs
to plate front raises with a 35
to a miles sarcev variation of raises

this, 4 sets

then supersetted spider curls up to 80 with decline ez bar skull crushers up to 35's (shoulda done more)

then super setted again cable push downs with standing concentration curls

all in all good work out, delts are dead for sure

i haven't been sticking to the log for a really long time but here are some updates

age 17
weight: 160

new pb's:
backsquat 315x5 (stuck at this for a last 2 weeks)
deadlift 365x1 about a month ago
bench 265x1 2-3 months ago

def looking for some new max's soon

will update next workout, leg day tomorrow
