Last, I'd remove some of the fat from your meals, but not all. Calories can quickly accumulate if you're abstracted from the general consensus :tiphat:


Will do, but I don't really have fats in my diet can you suggest what I should take out because It's pretty clean.

Really? I have heard otherwise from many people, is this a fact? If so, I will get rid of them right away with no problems.

Nah, the amount you are taking is fine (good, actually).

If you were eating like 2-3 cups a day there'd be a problem, but again, solid diet.... just keep consistent with the cardio, drink white tea during the day (especially before cardio), and you'll get results.

Even if you were doing the Supersize me diet, and you lost weight, it wasn't for nothing. :thumbsup2:

^^ Good point. At the end of the day it is about losing weight.

I just like to see people healthy at the end, rather than nutritionally starved.

Yes, I am seeing and especially feeling the results, but then again I don't expect must for 23days. I am defiantly going to keep at it and change things about after 3months.

Kinda Changed it a bit.

Morning: (usually around 9 or 10)

6 Egg Whites, 2 whole eggs
4 pieces of whole wheat toasted bread
1 avg. glass of milk.

Lunch: (usually around 12noon or 1,2pm)

Bowl of salad
w/ dressing. per 1Tbsp (15ml): 5Calories, 0.4g fat, 0g saturated and 0g trans fat, 1g carbs, 1g surgar

2 pieces of salmon:
Per 1: 150 Calories, Fat 6G, Saturated 1.5G, Protein 24g

Between Lunch and workout (3pm, or 4pm)

1/4 cup of Natural Almonds
couple of peices of Brocolie
1small cup of peach yogert

Workout (around 6ish)

PWO shake 66g protein

1hour after PWO

1peices of chicken
1peices of whole wheat bread
2cups of rice
half bowl of salad with dressing

10ish pm

1/4 cup of Natural Almonds
1 apple
1Tablespon of natural PB



That's how I try to have it usually. Also, still drinking over 8 bottles of water per day.

so far so good, I'm seeing decent results in a very short amount of time.
