I often listen to inspirational videos or podcasts whilst i workout. Was wondering if anyone else does this instead of music, and does anyone have suggestions for inspirational or informative content to listen to? Doesnt have to be workout related but they would be at the top of my list to listen to first!

I switch it up often. One day I will listen to podcasts and the next day music. It's whatever I feel like that day. I don't really have any suggestions for inspirational or motivation content but I usually listen to Joe Rogan, Coast to Coast AM, and several Bitcoin podcasts. On music days, it's usually hip hop.
