This is probably where I should mention that I don't bring my knees to my chest on leg press as I know a lot of you do. My knees aren't the greatest, so I just make sure I'm breaking 90 degrees with my legs; my thighs touch into my stomach but I don't go as deep as you all. So, I would still bet Tweaky > Glex in legs. Just not in calves :spy: But I appreciate the vote of confidence, Chesti!


Tweak: Lol, yeah drop sets. :weightlifter: I probably do them too much, but I meant to do them yesterday because I like to use drop sets when I have to shorten a workout.

FF: Yeah, I was making sure to get down into that squat. Again, I try not to be ridiculous because of my knees, but I was breaking the 90 degree mark.

Aftermath:
The gym was really crowded, so that sucked. It probably inflates some of my numbers and PBs because we didn't do as many sets and had a lot of time off waiting for the dumbells and things to become available.
I'm really happy about the 315 x 8 DL, though. I had Line there to check out my ass...uh...I mean...form on those :spy:, and he said it looked good.

Haha, ok, so how about I always thought the EZ bar was 15 pounds, so I gotta go add 10 pounds to my last preacher session. Thanks to Line for setting me straight as usual. Very much unlike his weekend practices...:spy:

awesome bench press Glexxy pie, good amount of reps for that heavy weight too, very good. Great inclines as well, especially after hitting flat bench so hard.

great bicep work too man, and I like those machine dips as well.

Aftermath:
Shoulders and traps have a pretty good pump. I gave myself a pretty good pop on that 125 lbs upright row...that's why I like using DBs or go for shrugs. Sometimes even using the EZ bar for upright rows helps.

I'll leave you with an important discussion Line and I had on weightlifting:

Glex: Well, we could just go lighter weight and high reps on the upright rows...
Line: Fuck that. Some of us have to get our strength back.
