damn fallen! that is some hardcore shit. those wheels got worked hardcore, big numbers, especially 1000 for 6reps on the leg press. u are extreme! keep it up man!

Yeah Fallen, agree with MM, those leg presses are superb for a grand. Standing leg curls are very impressive too. Good work mate.

If you want me to say it, here it is:

Now if instead of seeing me as a dick, and actually tried listining to me, your progress might skyrocket.

But if you're ego is so big that you prefer ten times the same compliment on a wo, rather hearing then a critical view maybe I missed judged you.

Like I said earlier good or bad I like imput I know I proboly came across as an ass but that wasn't my intention. As far as my ego goes I don't have one I respect and admire most everyone on this board. My comment about miss judging you not meant in spite but in the fact that I thought you always meant well but sometimes came across harsh.

Though harsh, you are right that I mean well.

Split routines are not so good, all I want is to see you take alot more out of your potential. But it frustrating sometimes when people don't listen, and that's gonna result in less nice post from me.

I'm sorry if you thought I just wanted to spam your logg.
