Those triceps took one hell of a beating but they came back hard and willing and stronger, the delts got hits with the presses and laterals and the Traps HIT EXETREMELY HARD BY THE BB SHRUGS!


One compound word for those shrugs bortha.

a good solid shoulder workout, those delts must be sore the next day :keke:

Well I tore my shoulder awhile back at work. It really ****ed with me mentally and physially but I amgettimv to lift again so I'm happy so once again here we go.
