It was sets of ten, my wings were ready to explode by the end. All this chinning is really paying off though - strength is skyrocketing.

Yesterday I was tested for steroids.

I'm not 100 % sure, but as far as i remember, it's DB rows, where the other hand is at your tie, instead of at a beanch/something else.

It's a row without support from benches or racks. You put the supporting hand on your thigh instead. They rock. Thanks for stopping by Rob.
