Right now when I'm trying naNO Vapor I eat all meals normal through the day. Big breakfast, big lunch, nothing for 3 hours leeding up to my workout. Post workout I take a EAA drink with maltodextrin..and sometimes I'll have a energydrink during the accual workout. About 1 hour post workout I have my 3rd and final meal for the day.

2 hours before: 1 chicken breast and 1 cup organic rolled oats
10 minutes before: 1 scoop whey gatorade powder
Immediately post: 2 scoops whey 2 scoops vitargo cgl gatorade powder 2 slices white bread and a banana
1 hour after post: steak and 1 cup rice

And I do believe that fats should be kept little to none in pre and post workout meals.

regular meal.. Carbs pro fat..

PWO is 1 cup of oats, 2 scoops of glyco carb + 50 grams of isolate

1 hr late is my next meal

like 2 hours before i eat a large bowl of oatmeal and some chicken or a can of tuna, then 30 minutes before i hit the gym i take a scoop of whey protein, alittle redkick, 5 g of creatine and 10 500mg arginine pills.

right after my workout i drink a shake with 80 g of carbo fuel, 40 g of whey protein and 5 g of creatine, then 1-2 hours later i eat a shitload of potatoes, chicken, oatmeal, tuna, whatever complex carbs i have available...

pre Shock threapy durring 4 scoops of x-tend post universal lava and a scoop of x-tend 30 mins later some ezikle ceral with flax seed and 4 eggs

pre:45g bran cereal and 1 cup cottage cheese- 35g protein, 51g carbs, 4g fat

post:/2 cup cottage cheese and 60g bran cereal- 21g protein, 66g carbs, and 2.5g fat

I like to train with Fatty meal for preworkout
example
Tuna in oil and Brown rice or boiled potatoes
Post workout would be
Dextrose or WMS
then 10 minutes later a Protein shake containing around 30g protein
then 30 minutes later a whole food meal
White rice & Tuna in spring water
