There's some swedish talk in here...Ahmad basically talkes about how his prep has been, if he's going to do any photoshoots once in the states (He is doing some with flex) and his training.

He weighs 198lbs with some clothes in this clip.

Looks good, but still need much better legs. And also more overall mass, because he has a few more pounds up to 202lbs! Think he usally is about 190-193lbs on stage or something like that.... Not quite sure!
