We like honesty here Palmetto. It doesn't matter how much or how little you have done, that's what a training log is all about bro. If you've had a crap session or feeling like crap, post it. If we don't know how you feel or what you've done, we can't lend our support and that's the essence of the forum.

Besides, if you managed to do all that ab work, while feeling wiped out, then good on you mate. That shows true comitment.

Back and Tri's

Good session today. I mean a lot better than yesterdays, I felt strong and I could tell. Got a great post work out meal in as well. I ate 3 baked porkchops and green beans, it was awesome. Anyways, here we go.

Rope Tricep Push down- 10x110 lbs., 8x120 lbs., 6x130 lbs.
Bent over BB rows- 10x115 lbs., 10x125 lbs., 10x135 lbs. (Move up in weight 10 lbs. on next session.)
DB Tricep Extension- 10x55 lbs., 10x60 lbs., 8x65 lbs. (Move up in weight 5 lbs. on next session.)
DB Rows- 10x65 lbs., 10x80 lbs., 8x75 lbs. (Move up in weight 5 lbs. on next session.)
Close Grip Bench Press- 10x135 lbs., 10x145 lbs., 10x155 lbs., 7x165 lbs. (Move up in weight 5 lbs. on next session.)
Narrow Grip T-Bar Rows- 10x80 lbs., 8x115 lbs., 6x135 lbs.
Skull Bashers or French Curls whatever...- 10x65 lbs., 10x70 lbs., 10x75 lbs. (Move up in weight 10 lbs. on next session.)
Hammer Machine Lat Pull-downs- 10x90 lbs., 9x135 lbs., 8x150 lbs. (Move up in weight 5 lbs. on next session.)

There we go fellas. I really blasted it today and I moved up in weight on all my excersizes. Tweak better watch out...I'm on the way to catch his lifts...we got a bet and he's goin DOWN!! Haha...peace.

LOL at me goin down, hell yea man use me as some inspiration and catch me. Thats what were here for man to keep pushing each other harder and harder. This was a very great workout man, BB Rows lookin good, db rows are good, and you definetely toasted the hell outta your triceps. Excellent job man!

You moved a weight up in all exercises? That's superb work Palm. Always pushing the physical envelope, that what it's all about. You've got commitment and strength by the truck load. Excellent session, keep going buddy.

NIce work but can I ask why you started with a tricep exercise first? I always read and thought you should go with the bigger musclegroup first.

Chest and Shoulders

Here we go:

Russian Bench Press Program- 5x5 190 lbs. 6x on last set. (Tricep day whooped my ass.)
DB Shoulder Shrugs- 10x95 lbs., 10x100 lbs., 8x105 lbs. (Move up 5 lbs. next session.)
DB Decline- 10x65 lbs., 10x70 lbs., 10x75 lbs. (Move up 10 lbs. next session)
Frontal Raises- 10x20 lbs., 8x25 lbs., 6x30 lbs.

There we go boys. Short session because I had to do some stuff w/ my buisness. Watch out Tweak, here I come!
