when i do BP as second exercise i don't know what happens. maybe because my shoulders problems i really don't know. what i know is that my strength is gone :omgwtf:

that's normal, your shoulders/tris and chest were already pre-exhausted with heavy db work. perfectly normal.

that's why we do the big one first, its a very demanding exercise.

yeah I know.... but my ego is in the way and he is pretty big .. like Coleman big..heheh

joking, I think my form is a lot better when handling the 180's, the singles with the 200's are still a bit trembleb but nothing special.
