Solid session man! u should get some straps so you can go heavier for a set or 2 after your grip gives out

yeah, I am training my grip now and I will buy some chalk for more grip. Funny thing is, buying straps in Belgium is like looking for a needle in a haystack.

slept very bad this night

after some study I went in my backyard shed to deadlift, expecting nothing since I was so tired.

I found a solution for the grip problem. I use sand from my backyard as chalk to roughen my hands. This time grip wasn't a problem. I think I hold the 150 kg for 5 more seconds after my final repetition.
