time to change my routine, the workouts are getting too long. My plan is to train 4 times per week in stead of 3 times. This will allow me to shorten my workouts and focus more on the strongman exercises and dinosaur lifts like lifting barrels and sandbags. I will implement them also in the weekly trainings. Here is what I had in mind:

I had a barrel of 50 kg, a sandbag of 80kg and a duckwalk of 100 kg at one side of my garden. I had to place them on the other side and back: 20 meters


was very happy with the bench press :)

Congratulations on your PB.
I use a very similar routine as you described, and I like it very much. Maybe I'll starting logging my training next month, when I'll star my new cycle.

BP squat
went up to 145 with chains. I failed 150kg :(

farmers deadlift on plateau
up to 160 kg

This session didn't go as expected. Maybe I am a little tired I don't know.

don't have one bro. I bought a pvc pipe and put it over an old bar I had. Stuffed it with foam inside. I can barely grab it with my hands. (small hands :p)
