The sport is always developing for good and bad. I think that if kevin was to compete today he'd still be the great champion we know. The medication and the suppliments are better developed now. One of my fav bodybuilders Richard jones lost his comeback show cause the guys now are way ahead of him. Richard jones would be the next shawn ray, the one that would become mr olympia, that would bring the giants down. In this sport you have to be alert and keep improving and moving forwards. Bodybuilding is the fastest developing sport in history

Levrone has no business being in this thread. He's not even near their level.

That's just because Levrone's 2002 wasn't his best ever. Kevin's 97 or 98 performance would look much better.

PS: he lacked leg size and detail, but his upper body in his good old days destroyed Kai's AAAAAAAAAAAAAALL the way.

Levrone @ 1997 Mr Olympia

Lightning was poor IMHO, making them look pretty soft (even Ray looked that way). Anyway, Levrone looked exactly how a BB should look like.

His stomach was flat @ nearly... 250lbs? Shoulder width was insane, arms without bi's peak but big as a house, wide back, deeeeeeep abs, HUGE tris (in the back latspread they look INSANE), thick chest (take a look @ side tri).
