Why didn't you crack out the 10 rep dip set first? You might have been able to make 15reps if you were fresh.

You warm-up with your working weight? Seems a bit silly. You'd be better off with some assisted dips, or at least only bodyweight dips as a warm-up.

Yeah maybe it was bit silly:doh:, next time I do little bit lighter warm ups:)

Leg workout

1. Squat warmupsets= 3x15x20kg 1x6x60kg 1x1x80kg 1x3x100kg 1x1x120kg Worksets= 1x12x120kgPB, 1x16x100kg

2. Legpress 3 warmupsets, worksets=1x10x294kg, 1x12x264kg drop-> 1x8-10x224kg

3. Leg extension, 3 Hardpump sets

Great workout:headbang:, the pump in the legs was awesome:drool:

Thanks:), now I train with 1. Chest shoulders triceps biceps,2 Legs sometimes calfs too 3. Back sometimes little biceps.

2. dumbell bench press 1x10x36kg 3x?x40kg each side

3. Bench press 2x9x80kg I was tired

4. Triceps 4 sets

5. Dumbell curls hammer 4x12x19kg each side

6. Triceps 3 sets

Warmup Squat and cable front pulldown 3 sets both

1. Deadlift 1x5x100kg 1x1x140kg 1x5x150kgPB 1x4x150kg

2. Clean and press 3 sets

3. Seated high row 3 sets

4. cable front pulldown about 15 hard sets

2. Benchpress= 2x8x90kg, 1x12x80kg drop->1x10x60kg, 1x10x80kg drop->1x6x60kg, 1x8x80kg drop 1x3-5x60kg(last set was veary tired)

3. Smith incline press 5 hard sets

Dumbell shoulder press 1 drop set

4. Smith shoulder press 3 hard sets

5. Dumbell lateral raise 1 set
