Long term goal?

I guess to just get as big as possible while staying somewhat lean. All my BB goals have gone down the drain since knee surgery.

Dude, dont let that knee surgery shit keep you from reaching for your goals. I'm 45 years old, and had knee surgery a year ago. Although I don't have any aspirations to get on stage, I will be 235 to 250 with a 33 to 34 inch waist by the end of the year.
