I am happy to just have made changes and made it thru this with everyone else.

U reached out and helped me when I was beat with life and u encouraged me to push thru when I just wanted to feel sorry for myself and quit!!
U got me thru with kindness! That is why I didn't wanna continue without u here.

I will take time to look at others logs and try to give advice to Anyone who asks.

A little history, I was always athletic and good in sports but never had the physique I wanted.
And I didn't respond to normal training.
I have had times of fast metabolism and slower, years ago stayed ripped after lifting weights regular for a decade and when I would cycle I would end up still ripped but more size.
Now it's opposite. I gain more size and end up low bf with high androgens! But maybe it's cause I changed my goals.
And my diet changed.


In school straight A student and interested in science and body. Then drugs PED's and metabolism and how they work.
Lived in another state was in school for fitness personal trainer, dietician, and to work with hospitals and physical therapist to help people recover and reverse metabolic syndrome with diet and exercise. Moved to another state never finished.

Now I am a mechanic something I picked up on thru family business as a kid and fell back on.

I love the learn how are body works and hormones and what they do.
I still learning but until they make new stuff I sort of already learned it long ago.
I have learned the most of knowledge on things and experimenting on .myself!!!

I enjoy bodybuilding and even more fitness and muscle building in those of us who don't have genetics to ever be pro, but for us to still find a place that we exceed the average. Helping any average Joe become 28-29 bmi with single digets in bf.
This is a look that us normal hard workers can achieve and be happy!!!

I normally maintain a good physique year round with 7-12% BF
I had some injuries, surgeries and places where I had to back off training past few years.
I will never stop training. And will strive to always be leaner with a little more muscle.
That is my mentality and I will never stop.

Because I lower back and neck disc bulging I cannot get as big as I once was without being uncomfortable.
But I have my clothes 2 different sizes and I refuse to buy any other sizes so things play out with that...

If still will. New job and shift work alot of hours. I will push hard to keep 2 on 1 off training
Or just go to 5 days out week before work days.
More family time. Lol!

I have two weeks til prep starts. I thought it was a month but my coach was like since you're so far ahead we'll just keep rolling. Think I'm going to grind through this week. Live a little next week and eat loosely around meal plan then get get back at it. Been at it awhile it's gong to be a long one so I think the week will do me well to recharge my batteries mentally.

My bf as it got lower and it got hotter outside, u know that tired depleted feeling.

U def can cut fast, with myself I rather take break like u will do, and then kill it fast.

@BigBeef inspired me to post.

I am more cut today than I was Sunday.

To keep y all informed this is mechanics plan.
I draw TRT bloods 6-17.
I finished cut blend yesterday but only 1/2cc I cut it down to come off!

Do gear now is
- Test TRT Pharma cyp 50mg Monday and 50mg Thursday
- test prop 50mg MWF
- mast prop and e 50mg of each MWF
- primo ace and E 50mg of each MWF
- Nolva 20mg EOD
- proviron 50mg ED
- Aromasin 25mg eod but cutting it to 12.5mg EOD then nothing
- t3 45mcg ED
- t4 100mcg ED

I will keep this going drop mast and primo Short esters 5 days before bloods
Test prop 6 days before bloods
Will keep mast e at 100mg wk last week thru bloods
Primo e should be out but run thru if not...

Aromasin will be dropped completely in say 10 days.
T3 will come off 17 days before bloods.
T4 will lower to 50mcg at 14 days before then 0 week before bloods.

Proviron will take 3 days till bloods.

Hgh Lower to 3iu when I lower t4 to 50mcg.
Hgh 3iu thru bloods.

I also added igf des 50mcg total bilateral pre-workout
Will use lr3 too!! Thru bloods!!!

After bloods I have 2 cruises I am thinking of.
1st cruise
Test cyp 200mg wk
Mast e 5-600mg wk
Deca 300wk
Trest E 100mg per wk
Also trest ace as needed the now or latter!!!
2nd cruise
Test cyp 200mg wk
Test-1-cyp (DHB) 500-600mg wk
Mast e 400 wk
Trest ace 25mg eod as needed and or maybe trest e low dosed!!

Hgh 3-4iu a day

T4??? Will see if Dr thinks I need it!!

I had heat stroke 2 summers ago it was 2nd one a I had. My basil core temp never came back. Damage was done!!
Thyroid issues hyper then hypo in family too......

So that is how I cycle off or with this stuff...
Nolva stays until bloods drawn!!! Helps lipids!!!!!

No AI should be needed except adex 1mg per wk on cruises which ever I choose.
And cabar at 0.5mg a wk will do....

So will either do 5 days workouts with brisk 12 minute Eliptical on 8 setting then 35 minutes on 1 muscle per day 5 days per wk. Mid to low high HIIT
Example chest with abs
Legs
Back
Shoulders with abs
Bicep and tricep

Goal is to stay lean and gain some muscle
200-208 @ 5'8" under 11% my goal.

These cruises are mild I do bloods 3x a year. They affect nothing for me but red blood I do phlebotomy as needed!!!

I have stayed or can stay on 750 Test and 500 deca 800 mast only coming off 4 weeks before bloods no problem!!!

I feel like shit on trt 100mg wk only!!!
Not gonna lie...

Gotta pack ALL FOOD for new job it's on island can't leave until brought back each day.... diet will be good!!!!

Injuries and surgery got me last 2-3 years.
I finally was able to put this together thus run since January!!!
So this is constant for me, training to be bigger but only if lean!! No exception, I chose slowed approach and big bulking days over!!!

Said alot but this is plan and sticking to it.

My new job....
Had same hater ruining my life for past 6 months done it again...
That is it not telling no one my business anymore.
Told my woman that she can't either.
So had backup job, but dreams crushed, plans and time waiting for nothing.
Someone slipped and said where I was starting in front wrong person and that was it.
Can't say more but it's almost time to move to another place because this family of a step child I have had hated on me just for being in her life as father to my 2 kids and a husband to all their mom!!!

And I done my part completely!!

So taking another job since someone knew someone who caused me trouble because they will not stop.
Proof is something I don't or can't get. But it's gotten bad....
Like a test to see if I will snap...

Anyway pushing training up. And gonna get thru this somehow.
I just don't know what it will take to be left alone.

Just wanted to say I have a person causing me trouble and God never sleeps.

I work outta state too. Sometimes it’s rough with travel days but the days you are at location it’s actually easier to keep the right schedule. Not good to be away from the family at all but it can be done. Good luck brother and I’m assuming the travel comes with more pay so congrats buddy

But really other job this person ruined for me was more pay hour.
20k difference but only from 100 hours week compared to 60 with option to work more so....
5$ less hour and screwed out of being home.
Called and ruined it.
There is a way to do that when things happened I didn't go to court yet for....
I fight but very complicated one...
U have no idea the sh8t people can lie on you and cause

It's complicated.
Don't want my identity revealed so can't say much.
Wife's and I have children. 2.
She has 3 total.
Before we met she been in war custody with that guy of her first child.
U have no clue what they done to her over years.
U get lawyer in family court and if u exhaust other out if funds one u get screwed.
Anyway they played dirty we don't.
She got custody from because he was exposed.
I helped her without having lawyer.
Dude turned a situation against me with a fight.

If u have charge they can use it against u.
And lie so u get a charge.

I hit u, u hit me back, I go to cops say u attacked me with witnesses lieing too.
