nice shoulder, biceps and triceps workout :) im not a big fan of training biceps and triceps together but looks like you can really handle it and improve :) some sweet numbers :)

Personally I've always gotten the best results from that. Anywho I like that leg session MaK:linedrunk:

Thanks mate, in the end my routine comes back to the requirements I set myself:

2 x leg sessions a week (because in the past I've lost legs while cutting)
2 x long cardio sessions a week
1 x Chest, Back, Shoulders, Bis, Tris, Abs, Lower Back per week
No training on Fridays or Sundays
------------------------------------------------
All of the above in 5 days a week

So my routine is based on amalgamating all of those requirements and it thankfully works out well for me. I'll be changing it up in the next 4-5 weeks though :tiphat:

Nice sessions, Mak. Leg press looks great, and the bicep and tricep work is also nice :xyxthumbs:

cheers man, it's become a strength of mine when all else seems to be diminishing in numbers. Triceps have also been kind to me over the years :hsughr:

Mak is back! :xyxthumbs:

May have kept the exercises to a minimum but the strength was all there!

Good stuff. Post more! :disgust:

thanks Rocko.

ok officer :uhoh2:

cheers cobba! yeah I've been inspired by going to the NZ Pro... only 12 weeks away from clean bulking and lifting heavy again. I'm sick of lifting light-weight!!
