Congrats to Dexter for an unbelievable showing... he did look better than the O IMHO!
Also kudos to Dennis for making such a strong come back IMO he looked far far far better than his last pro show.
Great showing by Toney and Nunn... I dont think anyone would have disagreed if the judges had swapped them for positions! Nunn looked very very full and had great round-belly muscles ... an amazing side-chest shot!

i hate to think how regressed Ronnie's physique would be in 5 years time! He knows whats best for him but IMHO he should just stop this nonsense and stay clean and healthy.

Phil looks alright... he is still Phil props to him for even guestposing in December...

Don't get me wrong, Phil is great but... his arms look short in the front double biceps. That "shortness" is more noticieable when he's not in contest shape.

Mvsf1, i thik thats due to him being more swollen and bloaded. His torso has more volume than it does when he competes, making him look more narrow and arms shorter.

Dexter is impressive as hell.

Diogo, i was also impressed by Darrem, he hasnt competed in years and he looked like **** his last couple of outings. Delts look very syntholed though.

Ronnies briefs should be hung in the rafters lol
