lat pulldowns:
-70kg 6 reps
-75kg 6 reps
-80kg 5 reps

bb rows underhand grip:
-100kg 6 reps
-120kg 6 reps

machine rows with a straight bar:
-80kg 6 reps
-85kg 6 reps

cardio:running 20 mins at 9,0, still find it pretty hard. i was thining about quiting at 10 min but i gotta do what i gotta do. there some dedication for you tunen

yesterday was schedule a chest day but do to this crazy storm i didn´t go so i trained today and did also cardio ofcourse

Chest:

bb bench press:
-80kg 6 reps
-90kg 6 reps
-85kg 6 reps.......i was gonna do 100 but there were like 3ppl today and i didn´t wanna ask any of them cuz they were doing their cardio so another time i guess

db incline press:
-40kg 6 reps
-42kg 6 reps
-42kg 4 reps

weighted dips:
35kg 6 reps
35kg 6 reps did a bit deeper this time

cardio: running at 9,0 speed for 20mins 5 min warm up but didn´t have time for cooldown cuz the gym was closing

ok my first entry. food and workout

meal1 was: tbs omega-3
6eggwhites
a whole egg boiled
a cup of steamed spinach
grapefruit

meal 2 was: a can of tuna
a cup of broccoli
tbs olive oil

meal 3 was: non flavour skyr 200g
a cup of green beans steamed
tbs olive oil

meal 4 was: can of tuna
a cup of broccoli
tbs olive oil

meal 5 was: can of tuna
a cup of aspargus
tbs olive oil
grape fruit
meal 6 will be: non flavor skyr 200g
a cup of green beans
tbs olive oil

so it´s around 250g protein,85g carbs and 70g fats and 2000 Cals

How in the are you getting 250g of protein from this? Meal 1 is epic low in protein. What is the net weight of 1 can of tuna, its on the front side of the label? What is skyr?

Since your doin low carb, you need to caught out that grapefruit, due to fructose.

You need to do long duration-low intensity cardio when on low carb.

What is skyr?


Skyr is a very popular health product in Iceland and was recently introduced to the US in select Mid-Atlantic and New England gourmet stores. Varying slightly between brands, unflavored skyr is roughly 12% protein, 3% carbohydrate, and 0.5% fat. It is high in calcium.


It tastes pretty good. Specially when you add a scoop of your favorite protein powder. :tiphat:

You need to do long duration-low intensity cardio when on low carb.

Thats what I have been trying to say! Great advice! He will end up, flat, burned out, and not at 5 % bf if the running continues. No disrespect, but I strongly agree with sick here.

thanks guys for the cardio advice wich i´m doing long duration-low intensity cardio from now on and 2x a day now

today:cardio,legs,calves

bb squats:ATG
-100kg 6 reps
-110kg 6 reps
-120kg 6 reps......kinda easy will do 130kg next time

leg press:
-220kg 6 reps
-220kg 6 reps

stiff leg deadlifts:
-130kg 6 reps
-130kg 6 reps...i could do more but i would then sacrifiece form so i won´t until it´s easy with good form

cardio: am and pm 45 min walking low intensity

db curls:
-22kg 6 reps
-25kg 6 reps

cable curls:
-60kg 6 reps...felt easy

pushdowns:
-80kg 6 reps
-90kg 6 reps...light weight

lying e-z bar extension:
-30kg 6 reps
-35kg 6 reps

close grip bench press:
-70kg 6 reps

abs 2 sets

cardio: am and pm 45 mins walking treadmill
