I've also seen your new diet... 52% protein... that's not a little bit too much? What you think, guys?

new diet. i´ve been reading up on carbs and i need them so no low carb diet again

Meal 1: 1 whole egg, 4 egg whites and 40g oat bran- 32g protein, 27g carbs, 7.5g fat
Meal 2: EAS Low Carb Bar- 25g protein, 16g carbs, 5g fat
Meal 3: Tuna- 32g protein, 0g carbs, 1g fat
Meal 4: Tuna- 33g protein, 0g carbs, 1.5g fat
Meal 5: (pre workout) 1 whole egg, 3 egg whites, and 45g bran cereal in skim milk- 30g protein, 46g carbs, 9g fat
Meal 6: (in workout shake)- 32g protein, 50g carbs, 2g fat
Meal 7: (post workout) 1 whole egg, 4 egg whites and 40g oat bran- 32g protein, 27g carbs, 5g fat
Meal 8: 1 whole egg, 3 egg whites, 1 tbsp peanut butter, and 40g oat bran- 32g protein, 33g carbs, 14g fat
Meal 9: Tuna and 8g peanut butter- 34g protein, 1g carbs, 5g fat
Totals: 281g protein, 200g carbs, 50g fat

if you are doing this diet, try and cut the fat even lower, dump the whole egg and use only egg whites, up the carbs just a bit to even out with the protein intake, also, get rid of that shake during your workout, why in the world would you have a shake while you workout? or did you mean PWO shake if thats the case i would drop the sugar, just straight protein, dextrose is fine for PWO when dieting but if your getting ready for a show you should consider leaving it out.

ok, im gonna start and tell everybody that read this log that: this was the worst session in my life so far. to many ppl omg, endless 14yr old´s doing the worst form ever and then im gonna do cardio and guess what no cardio session available. thank god i did cardio in the morning

ok here we go Legs

bb squats:
-70kg 12 reps warm up
-120kg 6 reps
-130kg 4 reps

leg press:
-220kg 6 reps
-220kg 6 reps

leg curls:
-130lbs 6 reps
-130lbs 6 reps

stiff leg deadlifts:
- couldn´t do it. some female took forever in the squat rack. and she finished when i was going out

seated calves:
-30kg 6 reps
-40kg 6 reps

Cardio: am high incline walk 25 mins

supplements:
-CLA
-sci-mx Whey
-Xedra cut fatburner

worked on the diet a lil more and i looks like this

Meal 1: USN Whey protein- 36g protein,
Meal 2: Skyr- 25g protein, Oats 40g carbs
Meal 3: Skyr- 25g protein, 6g carbs,pb tbs 8g fat
Meal 4: Tuna- 33g protein, 0g carbs, 1.5g fat
Meal 5: (pre workout) USN Whey protein, and 45g Oats in skim milk- 36g protein, 66g carbs,
Meal 6: (post workout) USN Whey protein and 40g Oats- 36g protein, 67g carbs
Meal 7: fish- 34g protein, 0g carbs, 0g fat
Meal 8: Skyr and pb tbs, 25g protein, 6g carbs, 8g fat
Totals: 246g protein, 197g carbs, 20g fat

Protein:984 cal
Carbs:776 cal
Fat:180 cal

1940 cals

any suggestion will great

v-handle pulldowns leaning at 45°
-80kg 6 reps felt kinda easy

bb rows underhand grip:

db curls:
-22kg 6 reps
-22kg 6 reps

bb curls:
-40kg 6 reps
-45kg 6 reps

cardio: am and pm so few in pm so i did 2x today- high incline 30 min session on treadmill

ok. this was another crowded day like monday and i went straight to the bench press so nobody could use it. lol,

bb bench press:
-80kg 7 reps felt real easy
-90kg 6 reps
-95kg 4 reps

db incline press:
-37kg 6 reps
-37kg 6 reps

weighted dips:
-2x15kg plate 6 very hard reps

4 sets abs, 2 exercises

cardio: am and pm high incline walking 25 mins

bb shoulder press:
-80kg 5 reps

db laterals:
-17kg 6 reps

i really need to increase the weights, both sets were too easy

db rear laterals:
-27kg 6 reps

pushdowns:

-95kg 6 reps

lying e-z bar extension:
-37kg 6 reps
-40kg 6 reps

cardio: am and pm high incline walking 30 mins on the treadmill
