yep, will do 5x5 in power when im bulking, but im just trying to cut up so that is why just 3x5 and then bulk up

this will be my last post for a long while, atleast until i get a laptop, the thing is im moving to a apartment from my mom. but i´ll continue to work my butt off in the gym and eat right, i think i´ll be back in august.

but here we go leg session:

front squats:
-40kg 12 reps
-50kg 10 reps
-60kg 10 reps
-60kg 10 reps

leg press:
-150kg 10 reps
-160kg 10 reps
-170kg 10 reps

leg extension:
-110lbs 12 reps
-130lbs 12 reps
-150lbs 12 reps

leg curls:
-70lbs 12 reps
-90lbs 12 reps
-110lbs 12 reps

stiff leg deadz:
-60kg 12 reps
-60kg 12 reps
-70kg 12 reps

2 mins of standing calf raises 30kg. rest pause teqnique

i think i´ll turn this into a food log while i don´t have a computer @apartment, i´ll go online on sundays wich is gonna be my laundry day hehe, don´t have a washing machine yet so i´ll be washing my stuff @moms, so i´ll just post what i´ll eat for the week

100g carbs
200ish protein
50g fat

keep it around 2100 calories and see how that works

had some chickenbreast for dinner approx 400g no carbs with this meal since it´s an off day, i try to limit carbs to 50-60 on off days
basicly on weekends
