db hammer curls seated: 40 / 50 / 65 (10/10/8 reps)
hammer strength crunches: 4x30 reps with 200lbs
db shrugs: 100 / 120 / 150 (20 reps all set !! )

great session miami. huge deads, 500 for 2 is strong for sure. good effort on the pullups as well, crazy volume. solid session overall.

bent over one arm cable raises: 20 / 20 / 40 / 50 (10/10/10/7 reps )
seated bb presses: 135 / 135 / 225 / 225 / 225 (10/10/7/7/6 reps)
ketter bells side raises: 20 / 30 / 40 (10/10/7 reps)
bb front raises: 50 / 60 / 80 (10/10/10 reps)
hammer strength crunches: 4x30 reps with 200lbs
db shrugs: 100 / 120 / 150 (20 reps all sets )

back day
weight: 253lbs
time: 50 min

deadlifts: 135 / 225 / 315 / 405 / 500 (10/10/10/6/3 reps)
pullups wide grip: 10/10/8/7/6/6/4 reps
db rows: 100 / 110 / 120 / 130 (10 reps each set)
barbell curls, very strict: 80/ 80 (10/10 reps)
ez-bar cable curls,very strict: 130 / 150 / 150 (10/8/5 reps)

well did chest and triceps today! the new motivation really got me going!

weight: 252lbs
time: 45min

inc. db benchpress: 45 / 45 / 45 / 75 / 100 / 110 / 120 (10/10/10/10/10/7/5 reps)
life fitness (machine) benchp.: 295 / 315 / 350 (10/10/8 reps)
bb floor presses: 2x3 with 350lbs
ez-bar cable pushdowns: 4x15-20 reps with 170lbs
hammer strength crunches: 3x40 with 170lbs
bb shrugs: 225 / 315 / 405 / 495 (20/15/12/8 reps)

db shrugs: 100 / 120 / 150 (15 reps all sets)

thats it for today. felt like a super human.. raawwrr

good session buddy. great presses. some super heavy shrugs too. you're gonna get the no-neck syndrome soon doing those.

gonna be exciting to follow your training leading up the the meet. i'm actually considering doing a power lifting meet myself but i havent decided yet.

probably a bit yearly to ask but what are the numbers you're aiming for?

since its a deadlift,benchp. and curl competition and i only do deadlift and benchpress i try to get a minimum total of 900 which is Deadlift 550 and bench 350.. everything over is very welcome :)

and its a 100% raw event, no wraps, no sleeves etc. :)

Jan is plenty of time to work on your weakpoints in the dead. No reason you couldn't open with 520 and 550 be the second pull, then profit!!!

Agree with iron, you should be able to pull 550 :D

With some good preparation up till the competetion you can do some heavy ass lifting :p

lol i might throw some pics up in the next couple days. dunno yet :D i got pretty fat and hold a lot of water in the last 3 weeks haha (since i can't really do cardio because of my fucking allergies)

hit legs today,

weight: 258lbs (daym lol)
time: 40min

inc. legpress: 450 / 640 / 900 / 1260 P.B. (10/10/10/7 reps)
squats: 225 / 315 / 315 / 405 / 455 (10/8/8/6/4 reps)
leg extentions: 3x12 reps with 150lbs and 3sec. squeeze
one legged leg curls: 2x20 with 90lbs and super slow with squeeze on top
stiffed leg deads: 3x20 with 315lbs

:thumbsup2: tomorrow shoulders, hopefully :thumbsup2:
