Paul Dillett was once dubbed "Freakenstein" for being the world's largest bodybuilder. In 1994, he collapsed on stage at an Arnold Classic competition and passed out for more than a minute. Doctors had to resuscitate him and declared him legally dead for one minute. During his death, he pictured himself in an open environment with his dog.
