Chest/Tris! Great workout, here it was.

CHEST

INCLINE BB PRESS: 65x10, 95x10, 105x8, 115x8
FLAT BB PRESS: 95x10, 105x10, 115x8, 125x7F
NAUTILUS PULLOVER MACH.: 125x10, 135x10, 140x8, 155x8 <ds> 110x10
FLAT DB FLYES: 25x10, 30x10, 35x8, 40x8

TRICEPS

OVERHEAD ROPE EXT.: 60x10, 70x10, 80x10, 90x8
HAMMER STRENGTH SEATED DIPS: 90x10, 110x10, 140x10, 160x8

ABS

Weights goin up....I hope I never get stuck anytime soon. But heres my question: Next week, should I go for the 70's on Flat DB Press or should I got for the 60's on Incline DB Press??

man that's great to see u catch the same weights in both INcline and falt since i were tired after the incline press .. awesome session brother .. nothing like hitting the tri's hard in both chest and it's session .. keep it up brother and yeah i will be wait to see the 200 number in that BB row :) .. bless u man :)

session was pretty good, your weight definetely is improving..did you go down to centennial btw?

Lookin good, drop the rope ext and mabye try a barbell ext, just keep form bro and watch out for your elbows!

I havent made it out to centennial yet, I dont have time until my day off. I dont think I could get the 65's on incline yet...it will come soon though.

I might try that, sounds like a good one to strengthen triceps...and im gettin sick of overhead rope ext...lol they aint buildin the mass I want.

BICEPS

DB CURLS: 30x10, 40x8, 50x5 (Tweak made me keep up with him)
HAMMER STRENGTH PREACHER CURL: 45x10, 55x8, 55x8

I have a clip of my 185x10 BB Row. Ill post that next.

Im a little pissed because im jerking my body like a f*cking fish, and tweak told me not to do any of that jerking bullshit...so my last 2 sets of 185 was like 12x better...should of recorded those dammit!

your last two sets were about 100x better, stay away from thet jerky rep bullshit. Today was an excellent workout, you got about 3-4 personal bests so this entire workout was pretty much a personal best for you, great job Paul, tomorrow we shall smash our deltoids.

Hey mate, you're lifting some heavy weights!!! And lots of sets also!!!

I agree with Tweak, your last 2 reps were perfect... I'll not look too much at the weight you're lifting in that exercice, I'll go for the perfect execution, then for the weight.

Nice workout mate.
