that was a pretty sweet workout, I'm going to post my shortly after I'm done commenting in logs :spy:

I didn't realize we really did all those supersets :49: You actually forgot a drop set from the pullups to the pulldowns :e5dunno: domination.

Tomorrow we shall dominate again, hopefully our calves aren't too sore :tear:

Good job on bench press as well :2: along with keeping up :gaygay:

Metabolic Training - August 8th

Heres the Circuit:

1. Tire Flips + two foot jump in and out of it - 5 flips
2. Finger Tip Grip Shrugs with Logs - 15 seconds nonstop reps
3. Leg Throw Downs (ab exercise where Tweak throws my legs and I can't let them hit the ground) 15 reps
4. Pushups on a decline (feet up on tire) 20 reps
5. Gorilla Spin - hands on big tire going around , basically an agility exercise (got pretty dizzy everytime :49:) 15 seconds

10 seconds rest between each exercise

30 seconds between each circuit

repeat each circuit 4 times

After the 4 sets of the circuit:

2 Suicides :ughnoes:

Finger Tip Walks holding logs
100 yards
4 sets total, 400 yards total, last set was so hard I dropped the left one like 10 times :49: :49: (my forearm is pretty tight right now)

Then 1 1/4 mile run :ugh:

- This session, our whatever you want to call it, was really good. We increased the intensity more than last time, so it was a bit harder. My favorite was the gorilla spins cause I would almost fall over every time :49: It was good shit tonight, I feel good about accomplishing all that :xyxthumbs:

you did the tire flips easier this time, and you were jumping in and out of them easier as well it seemed.

The suicides about killed you :49:

nice job on the mile plus 400 meters, next time we'll shoot for 1 3/4 mile :hsughr: and next week, the big boy. 3 miles muahahah

Forearms - they're pretty sore.
Traps - a little tender, but fine.
Hands - a little stiff.
Fingers - stiff as well.
Penis - great.
