It was time to hit some shoulders and triceps!

SM Shoulder press:
W-UP, 12x55kg, 10x65kg, 8x75kg, 5x85 (meh, last rep was damn hard)

DB Presses:
3x8-12x23.5kg ( These were so hard after SM Presses )

Front DB raise:
2x12x11kg ( my shoulders were burning )

CG Bench Press:
12x50kg, 10x70kg, 6x80kg, 4x90kg PB? ( last rep was spotted )

Dips:
12xBW ( I already felt weak in here :no: ) 10xBW+15kg, 6xBW+30kg ( I had to stop because I felt like something snapped in my tricep area :tear: )

I didnt do more sets because of that feeling in my tricep area :(

This was my first low carb day, Still going "strong" but the pump didnt last as long as it would in high carb days!

Ill do 20-35min's of morning cardio everyday for the next 3 weeks ( gained fat lil bit too fast, but 4 pack is still there :keke: )

I was thinking that Ill train for 8 days in a row ( 4 days heavy, 4 days light and after that recover for a day or two ) and try to try PB at BB Bench Press!

Tomorrow some legz!! :headbang:

I have been lifting... Here is some back progress

Left one is 2009 and right one 2008...

I think that I really need to bring up my traps, lats are starting to look better. :umwtf:

thanks, Last weekend I did some drinking and got sick so I try to stay sober as much as I can... rly! So Ill start training heavy next week.

I did some stairs with h0ke today, few warm ups and after that we carried each other. Me weighing 72kgs and h0ke close to 95kg. It wasnt easy, I still feel like puking but hey if thats what it takes its fine with me!
