Everyone keeps talking about this forum being downhill but seriously every forum is slowing down. All these bull**** exclusivity contracts are slowing down so many updates and convos. I understand these companies want their athletes pics exclussive but they are making people lose interest and conversation in the sport.

mecca has the same updates every forum has. And while having less active members than RX or MD, you cant really compare this site to them, we're a close community here, they're the mass media.

Other forum have the exact same updates, but way more garbage discussion!

This forum still has tons of views per moth.

RX is my #2 forum but they flood the bodybuilding discussion forum with a bunch of irrelevant random news about dogs or other stupid waste of time. Its also full of wanabe alpha males who try to argue with everyone.
