great bench too 100kg x 6 supersetted with chins is pretty impressive.

trained on monday shouldn't of, squatting heavy on saturday killed my monday squats. my snatches sucked too. monday im not even going to log. lol. lets call it a 4 out of 10 session.

today was a bit better. and by a bit i mean a 9 out of 10 for me
lol. will have a few days off training and do tues, thursday, saturday next week before i go to thailand for 2 weeks.

Power cleans
60kg*5, 70kg*5, 80kg*5, 90kg*5, 100kg*4(2 power cleans 2 with a lot more legs then power clean lol)

Bench press (low reps, thumbless grip, no spotter full rom, sweet)
115kg 6-7 sets (lost count) *3 115kg*2 (meh) 120kg*2 (punishment for not having the balls to get 3 reps on 115 on previous set)

High rows, rear raises, scarecrows @ Lol and lol
Preach dumbells with 1 arm tricep overheads 15kg 4*12

didn't strech out of time lollllll.

so probably trained 5 or 6 times since november 2 2011. Holidays, divorces, christmas etc. Haven't lost too much strength im probably 75% of all time personal best. still fairly sexy. Did my first session for 2012 today. Goals for 2012 are a lot more fitness inclined. I intend on doing www.toughmudder.com.au in sydney in septmeber which will make me do cardio.

60 kg by 5, 70kg by 5, 80kg by 5, 85kg by 5, 90kg by 5 (vid)
Rack Deads barely below knee lol
100kg by 4, 140kg by 4, 160kg by 4, 170 kg by 4, 180kg by 4(vid)
Push Press

Did 3 repeats of a pushup,fatboy chinup, wrestling sit outs, hyper/goodmorning, situps circuit. Im so flemmy and chestie at the moment I nearly heaved from the flem. Was a real struggle. Got to start somewhere tho. Ill slowly add more reps and exercises before I add more repeats. xxx

Hey guys, trained this morning was ok for a session xxx

Db Snatch
30kg * 3 (each side)
35kg*3 (each side)
37.5kg* 3 (each side)
40kg*3 (each side)
40kg*2 (each side)

Squats
80kg*5, 100kg*5, 120kg*5, 130kg*5, 140kg*5

Bench
60kg*5, 80kg*5, 90kg*5, 100kg*5 (was tres fatigue')

Conditionding circuit 15 minutes of (3 cycles 45 secs to a minute between each cycle)
Pushups, fatboy chinups, wrestling sit throughs, Medicine ball ground bounces, hyper extensions, situps. Had it split into to different segments and was training with a buddy. I was all ok 10 ball throws 20 hypers and situps till the person at the other station tags u. They had to do 20 pushups, 15 fatboys, 10 sit throughs each side... On first rotation I had to do 40 situps waiting for my training buddy. lol death.

cleans upto 92.5kg for 4... (doh)
rack pulls upto 190kg for 3.5 (doh, couldnt lock out)
Push press upto 85kg *5

Did 2 repeats through circuit adding burpees and goodmornings instead of hypers. death.

Didnt stretch, didnt condition, didint cardio out of time.

After 3 days of hypertrophy I have a rest day tommorrow. (going for a run along the brisbane river) then another power day friday. xxx


training looks like this
week 1. mon- power wed-power fri-power
week 2. mon- tues- weds- hypertrophy fri-power
repeat.

Conditioning and cardio or just cardio after every weight session. Touch football monday nights, outdoor jog thursday morning. Sat/ Sun nothing more then a walk lolol

having a deload week. will still do weights+cardio 3 times this week and cardio on its on 3 times.

training as of next week will be more like, Im also going to incorporate shoulder rehab in probably scarecrows on monday friday and YTL raises on Wednesday
