Box Squat Burnout: 1 x 30(225)

Eccentric Natural Glute-ham raise: 2 x 5(bodyweight)

Single-leg speed skater squat: 3 x 10(60), 10(80), 10(80)

Seated calf raises: 2 x 60 seconds(100)
