CG bench felt heavy with 80kg thus I've been used to do this with 90kg within a lower volume training, so deload is required and will be done next week.

Bulk: yes, I skipped db flat presses because of my shoulder and choose to pick pushups...and I really liked...I'll add weight next time I do them.
