O4' for sure. In the 04' pre-judging he was shredded at 297 pounds. Crazy !!!

04 he was more dry, seperated and pinched off. As a result his muscles look fuller and more round. Not to mention his obvious disformities on his left side in 06. I thought Ronnie's 03 was his best overall packege though.

You can tell from behind that he is tighter in 04. Could also be because of his tan.

I really love 2004 Ronnie Coleman's version, because of:

1-Sharp and condition in almost a 300 pounds frame
2-Triceps are not the strong point of ronnie because when he starts doing side triceps and chest, the triceps don't look completely CUT, so beefy, but in 2004 the problem of 2006 started, his triceps got worse in 2005 and completely anhilated in 2006
3- In 2004 Ronnie almost surpass Mr. Cuts in quad development, lots of striations and finally we could see the Ronnie's vastus lateralis almost matching Jay's one. Better legs this year, his calves grew a lot, incredible for a black man (No racist comments just genetics) to see how ronnie increase an aparent "problem"
4-Back, incredible not as 1999 and 2003 but incredible he preserve lower back development this year.
