Yes that pic is Richard. Troy has never been in a shape like that. But I have to agree that it is pretty misleading.

Richard's posing routine at the O 2004 was pretty damn nice too. Great poser with great lines.

This guy looks AMAZING for under 202. I really like his aesthetics. He's got great conditioning and somewhat of an oldschool physique in that his legs are completely enormous. His back is sick btw.
