Yea. i know what you mean, but i dont like to spend alot of time in the gym nowadays.. theres waaay more people now then usuall.
and i gotta walk alll the way down the catwalk to the third hammer strength room just to abs,..

theres 3 free weight rooms. with BB,s DB,s the hammer strength room smells like pure iron, once you walk in there your like addicted.

but i lessen my workout-time cus so many poeple come in when i do..
And the less time i spend in thee the better, and thats also why i only do at most 3bds at a time.

today

Abs, Cardio (no calfs today i did those yesterday, i only did calf machine push thingy, 50lbs 20reps, 100lbs 20reps, 150lbs 20reps,250lbs 22 reps)

Abs-
Standing Ab rope crunch 4 sets of 8
50,100,150,200 (this is basically the way ronnie did it in this COR Dvd, but i had the rope in a liiittle bit wider. which i felt a weird pump on the obliques...)

Kneeling rope crunches 4 sets of 10
100lbs,150lbs,200lbs,200lbs (on this one i went further back in position to work EXACTLY at the mid abdominal point, i had the Rope in front of my head and wide grip)

Decline weighted Crunches 4 sets of 6
10lbs, 25lbs,35lbs,45lbs ( on all sets at the execution of the repetition i squeeze my abs for 1sec and slowly go down)

CARDIO
12mins and bout 30seconds (didnt have enough time)
Level 2 for 2mins, then every min i would up it bout 1 to 2 levels
Untill i hit the last level 15, for 3mins, my heart rate from 11mins to 12mins 30seconds was 183, inbetween 120-160cals burned)

BUT...before i went to the gym i stopped at Cost plus and bought Controlled labs Green magnitude, cool thing was the Clerk asked me if i wanted to try a sample of Attack, (they usually have samples of supplements for customers)

Its not the same thing, its working your hams indirectly.... you should finish your leg workout isolating your hams more. Regardless of one legged or 2 on leg extentions is still a quad exercise.

I dont really need to do hams though,
bout' 3 weeks ago, after i finished my routine i had some time to spare
and i did lying leg curls for hams. well i after that i noticed their already strong as can be, i did 150lbs with 4 sets of 10, and that was the first time in a year ive done hams

Kinda, i usually wait bout 2-5mins and drink some water, and i try to concentrate as much as possible

Its a plated press machine

Its in the free weight section of the gym.
you put the plates on either side.
i put a 45 on each side of course.
and the WEIRD thing is how you perform the reps
theres 5 settings for the handles
you can set, the left handle on like 1 which and the other on 4 or so
so it doesnt have to be even...
But the kool thing bout this machine is if you keep it on the 5th setting.
it is passed your chest, like if you do Bench pressing with a BB, the farthest you can go is to your chest.. i use the 5th settings on all sets
each handle is about 1/2 inch behind me.
