im noticing it is much easier to increase the weight on chest presses
either its the cycle im on, or im using it/them more often, or just both
but im up to 200lbs on the chest press machines incline/regular, which is amazing, since the motion
of pushing the handles is just awkward but does work very well

okay im eating alot of food right now.

also ive been taking 2 arimevol caps and 2 testevols and 1 hemobolin per day now.
starting monday i will be on my second week of arimevol.

should be going good, i do have bad lethargy issues while at work
but i can deal with it.
going to the gym tonight, i took my Cycle support already, a little bit more than a scoop.

I think we should see what your diet consist of. No offense you have been known to have a above and beyond dirty diet. So I think in all fairness you should post your diet in full. Also are you keeping a log of your lifts? Have you thought of switching training styles? Are you sleeping enough? Food is one of many factors that effect size. :tiphat:

Right now oatmeal, peanut butter jelly sandwhiches, eggs, light egg nog, cereal in morning and before bed. water, sometimes whole milk mostly fat free milk.
and on work days i usually have microvable foods, or whataburger.. cus 30min break sucks

That's an ass load of sugar, fat free milk has more sugar than whole milk. Where is the chicken and steak,fish, sweet potatoes, or other carb sources? Whataburger? Dude? Subway is everywhere.

You need 1 gram of protein per LBM and 1.5 - 2 grams of carbs per pound, and fat should be .25 -.5 depending on diet.

You need to clean up your diet. Omega 3 are a must.

What about training? Cardio, should be done at least 3 times a week.

I'm def with ymj on this dude. Anytime you are going to put an outside anabolic source in your body you should want to get everything possible out of it that you can, and that means you need to sure up your diet more. I mean go to wally world and stock up, pre cook the food and take in to work with you. Take the extra effort to grow. Not bashing on you bro, just trying to help.

well I know your like me and you want to go with the best bang for your buck or the cheapest. Go with more of the bulk packs tend to save you money over time. Chicken breast, Some of the smaller steaks- some of these come in packs in a box, pork chops, EGGS, pasta, bagels, Tuna, sweet potatoes the things that are all really gonna help you pack on some mass.
