Stop suffering from a weak upper back! Shoulder, neck, and back discomfort can all be exacerbated by a weak upper back. This frequently gives individuals the impression that their posture is worse, but it may simply be improved by strengthening the appropriate regions. Here's a simple drill you can do to test your upper back and improve neck and shoulder function.
Prone I's, Y's, and T's: lie flat on your stomach and, using a very low weight or no weight at all, lift both arms straight above your head in an I shape, then bring the arms out 45 degrees to create a Y, and then another 45 degrees to make a T.
If resting flat prone is too tough, or if you just want to focus on one side, you can do this in a quadruped posture.
